I started this so I could try to lose weight I will post updates on my journey, little life stories, thinspo’s, sweetspo’s, meanspo’s, workouts etc. please no hate💕

Weight- 110 pounds 
Goal weight- 65 pounds 
Age- 15
Extra info- I’m a freshman in high school and I really want to lose weight over the summer, my main hobby is dance but I also enjoy photography and drawing. This blog will sometimes be emotional but I’ll always keep it real with all of you ~Lots of love, Rexie💕

Food diary for today-
(I fasted yesterday so I binged😔)
 Lunch-
Bit of pork- 120cal
Mashed potatoes (no butter)- 110cal
Margarita Sorbet- 80cal
1 piece of chocolate- 80cal
Total calories- 390 🤮

I’m skipping dinner and I’m planning on working off all the calories.

100- jumping jacks 
90- crunches 
80 -sec plank
70- lunges 
60- squats 
50- second wall sit (2x)
40 sit-ups 
30- scissor kicks (each leg)
20 elbow to knees 
10- pushups
